From Papain to Q-Force: An exciting journey along the long and winding road of Ria Broer's research
In this contribution I will highlight some of the contributions that Ria made to the electronic structure theory and the application of it to gain understanding of complex physical phenomena. Non-orthogonal configuration interaction, magnetic exchange, embedded clusters, many-electron band structure, and relativistic effects in Chemistry are a few examples of the themes that will be touched upon.
