CTC Symposium 2020: postponed due to Coronavirus
Due to the recent developments regarding the spreading of the Coronavirus we regret that we have to inform you that our symposium is NOT going to take place on March 25th.
We are going to postpone it to later this year (in Leiden) and are currently evaluating when exactly the symposium is going to be held - ideally with the same speakers and setting as hitherto intended.
On Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the second symposium of the recently founded KNCV division Computational and Theoretical Chemistry (CTC) will take place in the Gorlaeus building of Leiden University.
With this symposium, the CTC board aims to bring the community of computational and theoretical chemists in the Netherlands closer together and to provide a good overview of the various areas in which its members are active. This time there will be many opportunities for PhD students in particular to present their work in short lectures and posters. In addition, senior speakers will also have the opportunity to present treir work. The symposium will be concluded with the presentation of the second CTC Poster Prize and drinks.
